  • The second meeting, which took place in November 2018, unpacked how innovative methods like cash and voucher assistance can strengthen education in emergencies delivery to help the sector meet the needs of more children and youth;
  • The third meeting, which took place in June 2019, examined how local partners can contribute to strengthening education in emergencies programming to better respond to the needs of crisis affected children and youth while also contributing to more inclusive, equitable and accountable partnerships;
  • The final meeting in the series, to take place in June 2020, will unpack practical examples, research findings and recommendations to move beyond a conceptual discussion on the humanitarian-development nexus to outline what can be done in practice – including through coordination -- to meet the education rights of children.
