2022 Satisfaction Survey Findings

In early 2022, the GEC run a survey aimed at cluster teams to assess the support provided in 2021 and request for suggestions for improvement in 2022; 25 Countries/hubs with activated Education Clusters/Working Groups and 2 others participated in the survey, accounting for 87 % response rate (27/31);

Key takeaways:

  • 74% of respondents used the GEC Helpdesk: 12 countries/hubs rated the support as excellent, 4 as Good and 4 as Satisfactory. GEC will continue promoting its dedicated Helpdesk as an important resource for country teams.
  • 41% of respondents reported receiving GEC Rapid Response Team support in 2021 (remote and in person). Of these, 3 rated the support as Excellent, 3 were satisfied with the support and 5 scored it as good. GEC will aim to run more in person deployments in 2022 as this remains a preference for cluster teams
  • 81% of respondents reported having accessed and used the GEC website in 2021. GEC will endeavour to keep updated the country pages and dashboards
  • 52% of respondents reported attending GEC capacity development initiatives in 2021. Of these, 8 rated the trainings as good, 4 scored as Excellent and 2 rated them as Satisfactory. The GEC will continue to support Cluster/Working Group partners and staff strengthen key coordination capacities in 2022.
