The Iraq Education Cluster was activated in 2014, during the start of the humanitarian emergency, and coordinates both the IDP and refugee responses. Seven sub-national education cluster exist to provide a smooth response and coordination at governorate-level.
The cluster is jointly coordinated by UNICEF and Save the Children International.
